Letter of Intent for the Establishment of the Joint Institute for Future Technologies

Party A: Million Kind International Limited, a Hong Kong-based company with strong R&D capabilities and extensive experience in international trade and high-tech product exports. The company has built a solid global distribution network and plays an active role in promoting Made-in-China technologies abroad.

Party B: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), a leading Malaysian university committed to academic excellence and innovation-driven research.

Party C: Fuzhou University, a key national university in China, recognized for its scientific research achievements and engineering expertise.

The three parties have agreed to jointly establish a dedicated project team named the “Joint Institute for Future Technologies”, focusing on cooperative research in fields such as We are committed to conducting cooperative research in areas such as beach mats, polyester nets, and polyester spiral nets.

Million Kind International will lead the commercialization and international promotion of research outcomes, leveraging its proven export capabilities and overseas market access.

This LOI outlines the shared vision and intent of the Parties to deepen technical collaboration and promote international scientific exchange through the newly established Institute.
